2. It is reasonable to play our roles in the most professional style in whichever sides we find ourselves, employee or employers. We must do unto others those things we want them to do unto us… Employers and Employees should do to themselves what they want and expected

3. Every employer must see its employee as a team player, a child in a nuclear family and a member of the congregation

4. The culture of the business place shall reflect affection and , genuine care, intellectual development and human capacity growth for maximization an utilization of potentials

5. The role of each employee is to have a sense of belonging and a sense of ownership permitted an employer grants it to actualizes to a family member whose fulfillment and feeling of being a member of a unique team

6. Walter Hoving admonishes in his immortal words:

Find a job that’s suited to your talents and then do a lot more work than you are paid for. In time you will be paid much more for what you do. Workers who seek to get what they can, as fast as they can, and as easy as they can, are bounded to be disillusioned. Such people fail to make progress because they aren’t profitable to the people who hire the or who they hire as the case maybe vis-a-a-vis

Finally, it is whatever you do that you get.
